Malaysia is highest country use smart phones damaged-Otterbox

              Cost is high to fix the device makes the user not to fix their devices.
Although Malaysia has a Smartphone device users the highest in the world, it is also listed in the highest countries has damaged devices.

In a study carried out by the manufacturer of the smart mobile phone accessories, OtterBox one third device users the possibility of accidental damage of the device were smart phones in the first three months after purchase.

The study also found that 75 percent of Malaysians were ruining their devices as much as 2.8 times in the next five years.

It includes minor damage such as scratches on the screen until further damage such as water intake.

Only 21 per cent admit their Smartphone experience "a very severe damage".

About the care of their device, two priority factors: if it can still function and cost.

A total of 68 percent who took part in this study is not concerned with the screen scratches as long as it doesn't affect the operation of the device.

High costs to improve the device makes the users to not fix their devices.

Almost 24 percent of the view that the cost of RM500 in General to improve the device is too high.
A study done in August 2015 with the participation of 500 Malaysians who have the device and over the age of 18 years.
